- Approve material substitutions or tolerance changes.
- Claim that a part is manufacturable.

- Present a CRM write or email notification as an accepted order.
Write these rules in plain English and test adversarial prompts. Ask the bot to make an exception, guarantee an urgent slot and confirm a certification missing from the knowledge base. A useful system refuses cleanly and offers the correct human route.
5. Forward: hand a complete brief to the right owner
Once the fit, facts and safe files are present, forward the enquiry with context. A sales engineer should receive the buyer's contact details, process, material, volume, target window, relevant attachment and conversation history.

Frequently asked questions
Can a manufacturing chatbot create an accurate quote?
